The
Office of Human Resources is in charge of the administration,
application and interpretation of the laws, rules and regulations
of personnel matters. It advises officials and employees on
the Personnel Act and its Regulations, and about the rights
and benefits it offers. It is also in charge of the publication
of job opportunities so employees and citizens may equally
compete for vacant positions in the Institute
of Puerto Rican Culture and in other public service agencies.
